Swimmers should wear Windsor Swimming Club hats on the night. Please also pack a drink, t-shirt and snacks; spare goggles are also a good idea.

As always we are looking for volunteers to help on the night, if you would like to volunteer your time and get a better view of the swimming, please reply to this email and let me know if you have any preference as to how you would like to help out.

To enter the Mini Meet please print and complete the attached form and hand this back to your swimmers coach. ASA numbers can be found here: http://www.swimming.org/asa/clubs-and-members/membership-check/

Please check the Notice Board and Website www.windsorswimmingclub.co.uk after the gala for the results. It is important for you to keep a record of your swimmers times to measure progress and for future use in entering open meets at a higher level.
