TVJL Round 3 Results 2013

Windsor went into the Final of the Thames Valley Junior League in 3rd place hoping to hold on tight to that position and possibly take another step up.

It was neck and neck between Windsor, Newbury and Maidenhead throughout the competition with the gap between Windsor and Newbury jumping back and forth from 6 to 1 point between us.

Then it came to the final run of relays and the Windsor swimmers took the fight to the very end and finished 6 points clear of Newbury to take 2nd place, only 19 points behind a strong Amersham A team.

Now in its 18th year, the Bracknell Masters Open is firmly established in the Masters swimming calendar and enabled our swimmers who for some have not raced for many years to get back into competitive swimming and a perfect meet to introduce those who were racing for the first time.
