Medal Haul at Rushmoor Open Masters

Saturday night Windsor's Senior and Masters headed to Aldershot for an evening of racing at the Rushmoor Open Masters long course meet.

South East Bag Cat Regionals

This weekend gone saw the last two days of the South East Bag Cat Regionals. Windsor have had a great year this year with over 90% personal best times achieved.

Nimath Ukkash had a very busy weekend. The 12 year old boy made the finals of the, 200m IM, 100m Backstroke, 200m Butterfly, 100m Butterfly and 200m Backstroke. He gained National qualifying times in the 200 IM and in the 100m Butterfly where he gained a bronze medal.

Team mate Matthew Burton was also busy in the 11 year age group. Matthew made finals in the, 200m IM silver medal. 200m Butterfly silver, 100m Butterfly silver and 4th in the 100m and 200m Backstroke. Matthew also gained a silver in the 400m Freestyle.

Round one of the Milton Keynes League

Saturday night saw Windsor's future Stars compete in Round one of the Milton Keynes League. Windsor had a great night of racing. Windsor just missed 1st place by 1 point! The team showed great sprit and determination through out the night. Windsor beat Ealing by over 20 points, Ealing finished 2nd last year overall in the league.

Bag Cats

Windsor swimming club led by assistant Coach Alex Vine, had a great start to the South East Regional Bag Cat Championships. Windsor had its most ever qualified with 19 swimmers.

Arena League Final (2013)

Windsor swimming club changed the record books again by competing in the National Arena League B final for the second year running.

The team had a great start to the gala putting themselves 5th very early on. This turned to sixth by half way. Windsor continued to swim solid and was holding 8th position just a few points in front of Beckenham swimming club. Windsor had some great performances through out the afternoon. The 11 year girls and boys stepped up and recorded faster times than the regional final. The 13 years also stepped up and had some great swims with a handful of personal best times achieved.
